1. Acceptance of the Agreement

These Terms and the disclaimer in this User Agreement apply to your use of the alshibbak website and app.

Your use—whether by browsing, registering as a member, or purchasing—constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms, the disclaimer, and related information in this Agreement.

alshibbak is owned by Awtar Project Management and provides ad spaces for events and acts as an intermediary for ticket sales.

alshibbak provides no warranties regarding completeness, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of event ads. Reliance on information is at your own risk; you release the company from liability for claims arising therefrom.

2. User Account Obligations

By registering, you warrant that your registration data is true, accurate, current, complete, and official, and you agree to provide requested proofs. Refusal may result in restriction or closure of your account.

You agree to keep your data accurate and up to date. Providing false or incomplete data may result in suspension or closure without compensation.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account.

3. Purchases

To complete purchases, you may be asked to provide payment details (e.g., card number, cardholder name). By providing such data, you confirm legal capacity and accuracy. alshibbak may refuse or cancel any order at any time (e.g., suspected fraud, unavailability, pricing error).

4. Access Restriction

alshibbak may, immediately and without liability, limit or terminate your access without notice if you breach the Terms, your information cannot be verified, or your conduct may result in legal liability.

5. Electronic Communications

By completing membership, you agree we may contact you via email, in-app notifications, or SMS for service or promotional purposes. You may opt out of marketing emails via the link provided.

6. Changes to the User Agreement

By completing membership, you agree alshibbak may amend this Agreement with material changes (increasing obligations or reducing rights) per applicable rules, as well as non-material changes reflected on the site.

7. Misuse of the Platform

alshibbak may take technical or legal action against anyone who misuses the platform, infringes intellectual property rights, or violates these Terms and policies.

8. No Warranties

Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without express or implied warranties, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or freedom from errors or viruses.

9. Your Information

By using the platform, you grant us the right to use any information or data you provide to improve and manage the site in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

10. Links to Other Sites

The platform may contain links to external sites not under our control; we are not responsible for their content and such links do not imply endorsement.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform (texts, designs, logos, software, etc.) is owned by alshibbak or its users and protected by intellectual property laws.

12. Trademarks

All logos and wording associated with alshibbak are trademarks owned by the platform and may not be used for non-affiliated products or services or in any manner that harms us.

13. Privacy

The platform may take reasonable measures to protect your personal information. You agree to our use of such information per the Privacy Policy.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the platform and its officers or employees shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses or damages arising from your use of the platform.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold the platform and its officers harmless from claims or losses arising out of your breach of these Terms or any law or third-party rights.

16. Relations & Notices

This Agreement does not create a partnership or agency relationship between you and the platform, and you may not bind the platform to any obligations.

17. Assignment

The platform may assign all or part of its rights or obligations to partners at any time without prior consent. You may not assign your rights without prior written approval.

18. General Provisions

If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and the platform.

19. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, and the courts of Kuwait have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from it.
